Week 7 – Vibration Basics

“Everything in Life is Vibration” – Albert Einstein

What is vibration?  How does it work?  And Why is understanding it so critical?

What an inspiring 6 weeks of enlightenment this has been.  Through our discussion we have used the terms enlightenment, alignment, vibration, energy, etc.  We thought it best to kind of recap what we mean when using the term “vibration”.

When we think of vibration in its basic form, we think of something shaking or oscillating. Simply put vibration is energy in motion. If you’ve taken a chemistry class you probably remember learning about atoms, and that everything is made up of atoms. These atoms are in a constant state of motion, and depending on the speed of these atoms, things are appear as a solid, liquid, or gas. Sound is also a vibration and so are thoughts.  In a vibrational universe, one vibration often influences another. For example, one bell in a room full of bells, when struck, will generate a sympathetic response from all of the bells attuned to that note, similar to a dog howling when it hears a sound or tune, it is trying to match the frequency it is hearing.  It has been discovered that a more powerful vibration influences a weaker one. So it is also true that positive emotion is a more powerful vibration than negative emotion. We can see this in our history as one, single person being in alignment (positive vibration) can have greater power over many who are not in alignment (negative vibration) as with Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Ghandi, and Mother Teresa.  Therefore, the adoption of a positive vibration must inevitably sublimate or redirect a lower one. That is why we have the saying “love always conquers hate.” Hate is a lower harmonic of the vibration as opposed to love.

We live in a vibrational Universe; Matter, energy, and thought are fundamentally vibrational in nature, so that each interfaces with the other in a subtle, but powerful way. Understanding this we may then apply the physics of vibrational interaction to the relationship between nonphysical and the physical world in everyday life. There has been interesting research conducted that proves every single beat of your heart sends out an electromagnetic, 360 degree spherical bubble at the speed of 186,300 miles per second, roughly about the same speed of light. Think about that!  WE ARE ALL MAGNETIC FIELDS CONSTANTLY SENDING OUT A FREQUENCY!  Why is this important to note…?  Because the Universe is responding at all times to our vibration/frequency, which translates to our emotions.  So we emit the frequency through our emotions and thoughts; the Universe then tries to match/or respond to that frequency; thus giving back to us, in direct proportion, that which we are vibrating.  Our vibration is our means of communication to the Higher Power, and Law of Attraction is responding to our vibration.  This is why it becomes critical to pay attention to how we feel, the mood that we choose to sustain, and the thoughts which we allow to dominate our minds, because there is always corresponding/reciprocating response from the Universe.

Careful therefore our thoughts, as it is our thought (vibration) that creates the reality we experience.  We do not attract what we want, we attract what we are.
